UNCERTAINTY AND FEAR
If you look around, you will notice chaos, uncertainty and fear. Some people might think this is a bad thing, but look at it from a different perspective. Social systems that are not sustainable will breakdown, when they breakdown this means that a new system will emerge. The chaos we see around us is the effect of an unsustainable social system breaking down and this indicates success, this is a time where we must start planning for a new system, hopefully one that is fair and allows for harmony across society; and this is what will make it sustainable. This is a critical phase where wisdom is needed to allow a sustainable system to emerge and I suggest we hand it over to our youth, they have shown wisdom, they are disgusted with religious separation, they excel when given the chance, I mean look at the achievement of the Lebanese youth outside Lebanon. The rest of us should support them, provide guidance if they need it and just nurture this new generation that is the only thing that gives hope to our country. They are the Can Doers!
 
 

About Nahla

As an expert in Managing Change, Transforming Culture, and Driving effective Strategy Formation, Talent Acquisition and Retention, and Process Design, Dr. Nahla Bou-Diab has been recognized as a credible leader, earning 7 awards for leadership excellence since 2015. Dr. Nahla is considered an expert in building organizations, she has earned her Doctorate Degree from University of Liverpool, in Business Administration, her research was recognized as an important contribution to both scholarly and practitioner knowledge. Dr. Bou-Diab joined AM Bank s.a.l. in the year 2000 and is currently the Deputy General Manager-COO of the Bank. In September 2017, Nahla accepted the appointment by the World Union of Arab Bankers, as Head the Women Empowerment Group for the financial and banking sector in the Arab World. She is an active Mentor at Endeavor, and volunteers her time to support SME’s by helping young entrepreneurs to effectively drive their business.
