Antares Electronics, Canada 1992: Increased productivity of the IT Configuration function by 400% in 1 month.

HST Group, Canada 1997: Broke grounds by introducing the first facilitated business process re-engineering methodology globally, and shifted Business Process Reengineering from its traditional analytical nature to a facilitated process that involves company stakeholders.

EY, Beirut 1999: Launched Management Consulting for the Beirut Office for the first time after the war, creating multiple local client successes as companies decided to rebuild their organizations.

AM Bank, Lebanon 2000: Introduced the only flat structure bank organization in the Middle East, implemented notions of compassionate leadership evolving the bank into an international standard organization, recognized by the international community for resilience and excellence, and earning an average of 7 international awards for the last 7 years.

American University of Beirut (AUB), Beirut 2007: Developed and delivered the first of its kind Change Management course for the Executive MBA program, yielding outstanding ratings.

University of Liverpool, Liverpool 2013: Produced a doctorate action research which was implemented and provided evidence that feelings of spirituality in the workplace can yield higher sense of belonging and optimize organizational performance.

World Union of Arab Bankers, Arab World 2017: Developed and launched the first of its kind gender diversity charter formally approved by the board and recognized by OECD.

Oneness Offshore, 2022: Authored her first book "Untamable". Developed and delivered workshops to help people shift from survival to creation and growth mode, by activating their inner power.

World Union of Arab Bankers, Arab World 2022: Provided scientific evidence to show that the words "Women Empowerment" are not serving the cause and recommending shifting away from empowerment notions and adopting a different strategy aimed at ensuring the presence of both men and women at the executive level of organizations. Proposal was approved and the name of the group was changed to gender diversity at the executive level.
