ACTIVATE THEIR POWERS DO NOT TEACH THEM TO CONFORM!
Activate Their Powers Do Not Teach Them to Conform! Traditionally our schooling system has been teaching our youth conformity...they use one grading system to judge the value of the students...they benchmark grades to teach them competition...the content taught becomes outdated by the time students graduate...and we wonder why our youth rebels, feels suppressed, suffocated, don’t see the value of learning, and why our world is competitive, and hostile. How about we transform our schooling system to activate the powers of our youth, teach them how to enslave technology for human evolution, teach them about the universe, teach them about the magical functionality of the human brain, teach them how to control and calm their minds so they think clearly, teach them the value of collaboration, teach them to learn from nature, encourage them to dream, create, innovate and challenge conformity! Because if we want a world that is built on human potential we can’t be teaching conformity.
 
 

About Nahla

As an expert in Managing Change, Transforming Culture, and Driving effective Strategy Formation, Talent Acquisition and Retention, and Process Design, Dr. Nahla Bou-Diab has been recognized as a credible leader, earning 7 awards for leadership excellence since 2015. Dr. Nahla is considered an expert in building organizations, she has earned her Doctorate Degree from University of Liverpool, in Business Administration, her research was recognized as an important contribution to both scholarly and practitioner knowledge. She has been featured in the media on multiple occasions to share her expertise on organizations, gender diversity, and managing change.
Dr. Bou-Diab joined AM Bank s.a.l. in the year 2000 and is currently the Deputy General Manager-COO of the Bank. In September 2017, Nahla accepted the appointment by the World Union of Arab Bankers, as Head the Women Empowerment Group for the financial and banking sector in the Arab World. She is an active Mentor at Endeavor, and volunteers her time to support SME’s by helping young entrepreneurs to effectively drive their business.
