Nahla Khaddage Bou Diab is an award-winning CEO, Board Director, and the creator of Culture Risk Management®. Her distinctive strength lies in bridging two disciplines boards rarely find in one leader: driving revenue growth through innovation and commercial strategy, and protecting that growth through rigorous governance and risk oversight.

Her leadership philosophy is grounded in a simple principle: every strategic decision and organizational initiative should strengthen an organization’s ability to generate healthy, sustainable revenue growth while creating long-term value.

Throughout her global executive career, she has led major transformation and growth initiatives, combining strong commercial performance with governance discipline and organizational resilience.

Early on, she contributed to the reorganization of the Central Bank of Canada and went on to launch Ernst & Young (EY) Management Consulting in Lebanon, building a new practice from the ground up. She later applied and tested her thinking as Chief Executive Officer of AM Bank, where she also serves as Executive Director on the Board, proving her Culture Risk Management® approach under real, high-stakes conditions. During this period, AM Bank received approximately eight international awards recognizing innovation, agility, and resilience. She is also a member of the Institute of Directors (IoD).

Drawing on this executive experience, Nahla developed Culture Risk Management®, a proprietary methodology that enables boards and executive teams to identify, quantify, and manage the hidden human, organizational, operational, and governance risks that can quietly undermine growth, strategy execution, and AI adoption. Her framework gives boards a way to pursue ambitious growth while knowing exactly where the risk sits.

Her academically grounded, practitioner-proven approach complements traditional governance, risk, and compliance by helping boards understand the cultural and behavioral factors that determine whether growth strategies succeed or fail.

Nahla currently serves as Chairman–General Manager of Oneness Management and Chief Executive Officer of AM Bank, where she continues to demonstrate that revenue growth and rigorous governance are not competing priorities, but two disciplines that, done well, reinforce each other.

She is also the author of two books and has personally received more than fifteen international leadership awards since 2015 for her contributions to leadership, growth, organizational transformation, and governance.
