My Leadership Principles

My leadership principles are as follows:

1. Love them, love their families, and love the human in them.

2. Make them feel safe by setting clear expectations. No matter how high those expectations are; they know them and will feel safe.

3. Allow them to make unique mistakes but not repetitive ones.

4. Trigger them to dream.

5. Be tolerant, the best ones are not at all disciplined but they produce magical output.

6. Don’t correct for them, guide them, reflect with them… Their learning and evolution is your job.

7. Help them love each other. Feel and enjoy the harmony you create!
